Programmet går ut på att hjälpa deltagarna attt finna frid inom sig själva, och tar upp olika aspekter på fred och inre frid som till exempel uppskattning, självmedvetenhet, hopp och tillfredsställelse. Programmet består av videoklipp samt självreflektion och delning av tankar och erfarenheter.
Programmet har använts runt om i världen, bland annat i fängelser, och har hjälpt många att hitta tillbaka till sig själv och sin inre styrka.
SUS medarbetare möter många som har en svår situation och programmet kan ge ytterligare verktyg att hjälpa dem som SUS arbetar med.
